Is it always hot & sunny ?
Unfortunately it is not. But generally speaking the weather south of the Loire is warmer, dryer and sunnier than in England. This afterall was one of the reasons why we moved here and we have not been disappointed.
The weather is more settled and planning a trip out or a barbeque for example is much surer. The temperatures in July and August frequently reach the mid 30s. Both the last two summers for example have been gorgeous.
