Weekly Rates & Booking Conditions.

Normally our rental week runs from Saturday 16.00hrs to Saturday 10.00hrs.

We ask for 25% of the rental cost upon booking. This deposit is non refundable should you cancel. The remaining 75% should be paid 8wks before the start of your holiday. At this time we ask you in addition for a refundable deposit of £200 (290 euros)which we retain in case of breakages or damage etc.. We are happy to accept payment in either euros or UK pounds.

We ask that you do not smoke in the house please.

Our rental prices include all the bed linen and towels (not pool towels) and normal consumption of electricity and gas. We make no extra charge for cleaning at the end of your stay. We do request however that you leave our home as clean and tidy as possible.

Short Stays.

There are times, particularly out of peak season, when we are willing to let the house for shorter periods. We would make a charge of 155€ per night for this with a minimum of two nights rental. Please get in touch with us if this is what you would prefer to do.

Winter and Christmas.

The house is warm with its central heating boiler and open fire in the salon so winter rental is possible. If you would like to come and stay at Christmas we will decorate the house for you. We have had some lovely parties in previous years.
