Our House at Niollet : Between CHINON & RICHELIEU.
Situated south of the Loire between the historic towns of Chinon and Richelieu our holiday home is equipped for eight people.
This 17th century farm house set amongst rolling countryside in the valley of the Veude is in a small hamlet one kilometre from the beautiful village of Champigny-sur-Veude.
Built of soft white tufeau stone our holiday home which faces south has been carefully and lovingly renovated. It was originally a farm house with a barn attached but now the two have been integrated into comfortable, well equipped holiday accommodation which is truly spacious and retains its old world charm.
Surrounded by a stone wall the sunny garden invites you to lounge beside your own private pool with a glass or two of local wine. A Catalpa tree offers shade under its parasol of leaves during those hot summer days. Take breakfast on the sunny terrace or pass the evenings under the pan tiles of our well lit "appentis-bois".
This charming gîte is ideally situated in the heart of the Touraine allowing you to profit from the quietness of the french countryside whilst being close to the touristic sites of the Loire Valley.
